My name is Katia Sadovska – designer and founder of the Ukrainian brand GEPUR. After many years in the industry, I felt a desire to create something more personal.

This is how SADOVSKA came to life – as a new statement on beauty, aesthetics, and the art of living beautifully.

I am captivated by the image and character of Marie Antoinette – her love for beauty, for details, and for the very art of living aesthetically. I am drawn to her extravagance. That specific kind of excess where beauty is not an ornament to life, but life itself.

I was struck by her personality – sensual, emotional, deeply perceptive of the world, and sincerely in love with beauty. I was inspired by her courage to be emotional, sensitive, and unapologetically devoted to aesthetics.

While working on the collections, I immersed myself in her era – studying portraits and archival garments, exploring films and visual archives, and reading about her life. But what inspired me most was not how she looked, but how she lived through aesthetics.

This brand also reflects my personal love for vintage, for exquisite details, for lace, porcelain, fabrics, and objects that create an atmosphere.

I have always been drawn to the world of theatre, ballet, and art – to a state where one can step beyond the ordinary and experience oneself differently.

But SADOVSKA is not a reconstruction of the past. It is my personal vision of a modern woman who is not afraid to be "too much." Too refined, too expressive, too noticeable.

For me, clothing is a stage. Every dress is a role you choose for today. It is a step beyond the ordinary into a world where theatre, ballet, and perfection prevail.

I create a state of mind. Because to dress is to become the woman you have always dreamed of being.
