Our pieces are made with handcrafted details, so minor variations between items are normal and are not defects.

We may change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. Changes don't affect orders we've already confirmed.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may accept or decline any order, or cancel an order after confirmation — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or resale activity. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the parcel.

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country. We can't predict these amounts, and they are not included in the price you pay us.
